WHY STRENGTH MATTERS AFTER 65

Loss of strength is one of the biggest reasons older adults lose independence. But this can be slowed, stopped, and even reversed.
You are never too old to get stronger.

Falls are the #1 cause of injury in older adults.

Muscle loss accelerates every year after 50.

Everyday tasks become harder without strength.

Many people are never taught how to train safely as they age.

WHY I CREATED STRONG OVER 65

I had the opportunity to help my grandmother continue exercising into her 90s. I’ve helped my own mom stay strong and independent.

I didn’t start this program to build a fitness business. I started it to help the people I love.

Over the years, many of my clients began asking if I could help their parents too. I kept hearing the same thing:

That’s when I realized this needed to reach more people than I could train in person.

Strong Over 65 was created to help older adults everywhere learn how to train safely and stay independent for as long as possible.
